Commercial Centre
Located between Highway 7A and Scugog Line 6, the Commercial Centre is also known as the Smart Centres site. Situated just outside of the downtown area, the Commercial Centre is already home to several commercial businesses. The establishment of a Community Improvement Plan in spring of 2019 will provide incentives for the future development of a hotel.
